Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth Redford is the founder of Everette Homes, a company dedicated to creating beautiful, functional spaces that support people through every stage of life. With more than 16 years of experience in special education, disability services, nonprofit leadership, and project management, she brings a unique perspective to home design, accessibility, and aging-in-place solutions.

A Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Elizabeth began her career as a special education teacher before founding and leading a nonprofit that created meaningful jobs for adults with disabilities. In addition to program development and leadership, she designed the physical environments of the business to promote independence, accessibility, and success for the people it served.

The inspiration for Everette Homes is deeply personal. Named after her grandfather, whose middle name was Everette, the company was born from her family's experience adapting his home after a major stroke so he could safely return home. That experience reinforced her belief that our homes should support independence, dignity, and connection throughout life's transitions.

The name Everette reflects that mission: ever for everyone and ever for every stage of life. Through Everette Homes, Elizabeth combines professional expertise and lived experience to help clients create spaces that are beautiful, practical, and designed to support the way they live.
